Evaluating Resources
Critical thinking is crucial when evaluating a resource to ensure that the material is written by a credible author, is free from bias, and is current and relevant to your topic. An objective source considers a variety of perspectives and may even invite discussion or debate. Share one of your resources from the preliminary research. Provide a brief summary, title, and author of the resource and where you located it.
Using Quantitative Data
You learned how to identify quantitative data in this week’s readings. Now, find one example of quantitative data that you may be able to use in your Project. Describe the data (statistic, chart, graph, measure, etc.) and provide the complete reference for this information (title, author, website/publisher). Explain how you might use it in your paper.
