Do Effects Vary Across Violent and Drug Offenses?

my research proposal for this paper is in the links with some sources I provided.

Final papers will be graded on: Content: 80%
1. Does the paper directly draw on phenomena, ideas, concepts, or theories covered in class? Does the student demonstrate knowledge and understanding of major themes that were covered in the readings and in class, as appropriate?
2. Are those ideas clearly connected to course material (including citing the sources that were used in class, or other similar sources)?
3. Are there sufficient scholarly citations in the paper to demonstrate that the topic has been adequately researched? (I do not really want to set a minimum number, since this will vary depending on the nature of your projects.)
4. Are the conclusions in the paper supported by the evidence and discussions presented in the paper?
Writing: 20%
1. Are sources clearly cited in the text of the paper?
Use APA format, and follow the author-date method of in-text citation. This means that the author’s last name and the year of publication for the source should appear in the text immediately following the information drawn from that source, like, for example, (Jones, 1998). One complete reference for each source should appear in the reference list at the end of the paper.

2. Are sources properly cited in a separate References section? Again, use APA format. I’m not a stickler on where your periods and semicolons are so don’t spend too much time worrying about that, citations must be complete enough for me to locate the source material you used.
3. Does the student completely avoid using direct quotes from authors, and instead paraphrase the authors’ ideas?
4. Is the paper free of errors in punctuation, capitalization, etc.?
5. Does the paper use paragraphs that include only one main idea in each paragraph?
6. Is the paper free of grammatical errors, like sentence fragments, run-on sentences, unclear phrasing (for example, the use of the words “it” or “their” when the referent of those terms is unclear, phrasing that doesn’t make sense, etc.?) In general, is the paper polished, or does it look like it was dashed off at the last minute?
