You have to read the case, 8 pages, and then do 3 pages on the case brief (summary). Talk about the facts, the procedural history, issue appealed, who wins and why? What does this mean? What rule of law and reasoning does the appelate court use in deciding the issue?
Dont forget to precise who is the petitioner, the respondent, and the date.
