Refer back to the Learning Activity, and write a one-page essay where you compare and contrast the supportive and collegial models. Discuss how the models would assist a change agent in advancing the goals of a change initiative. In addition, discuss the limitations identified in the Learning Activity and provide recommendations to mitigate the limitations as you would apply them.
