Here’s the question
In supply chain risk management, companies often focus on upstream supply issues or internal transformation processes. However, we frequently forget the demand/revenue side of risk, as we have seen in LM 7. The Covid pandemic has taught us that we cannot take demand and revenue streams for granted. In addition to the cutting of supply, the Covid pandemic had an immense impact on companies’ demand side. (lockdowns, uncertainty, etc., made doing business difficult, especially in customer service-centered industries)
