Present the case of European Central Bank and their mandates for climate change. I will attach the climate change report from 2021, all info is there. – How climate change affects EU/ eurozone – emissions, temperature rise and etc. – What does ECB do in regard to climate change – fiscal policy, monetary policy, national policy for climate change, initiatives – How efficient are these mandates? What are the implications? Focus on financial terms.
