Contemporary Issues in Multiple States and or Multi National Settings

Different states and countries have different laws that affect the employees who work within their borders especially within a contemporary environment.
Building on Module 7, (please see attached completed mod 7 assignment for information purposes) , discuss how HR managers in organizations operating in different states and/or in a multi-national setting might strategize to ensure equitable treatment of employees concerning one of the following:

• Use of marijuana for medicinal purposes
• Mandatory or statutory sick pay
• Aging Workforce
