Choose a real historical personage from a course appropriate (1500-1990) subject and location. Your task is to research and write a minimum 5 page (8.5 x 11), double spaced, typewritten, blog/diary/journal/memoir from the point of view of your subject; focused primarily on one or at most, two historical events, reactions, and/or repercussions that make them historically worthy. As with any research, you have to scrutinize multiple sources for accuracy. The minimum source number is 6: primary sources are valued higher than secondary sources. Online encyclopedic reference sources (Wikipedia, Britannica, etc.) are not acceptable. Sources will be judged for their academic integrity. Quotes and references must be cited IN YOUR paper. You will also attach to your paper an additional bibliography page with a list of all your research sources.
