This paper should cover the western interior seaway and how the sedimentary record matches the tectonic processes that were taking place at different times. it should answer the question, “What are the driving forces?” Things like volcanism preserved in the basin as ashes, deepening of the basin, the sevier orogeny that brought the basin up as well as the laramide orogeny. Again, the paper should tie the sedimentary record with the tectonic processes. Figures should be at the end of the paper with descriptions below.
