This is based on a school project which was carried out in school. As a team leader I had to lead a very small team to achieve my target which is to raise attainment ( students pass rate of 5-9 grades) in French GCSE subject, year 11. I have to do the written part of the project which altogether should not exceed 4500 words so words need to be included fairly per section found in the NPQML final assessment document. I have completed some of it to guide you through it, the main parts only, to give you an idea of what I did in school and how I conducted my project with the team. The aim is to show how I deployed my leadership skills to achieve the target. I have gathered my raw data and data analysis, and completed some parts of the essay which you can delete or amend as you see fit. However, I have not done the budget 1.1.1 , the project plan 5.1.2, and the risk register 5.1.3. (these 3 sheets altogether need to be only 2000 words or less) The remaining whole document need to be 4500, no more than that. The main achievement the pass rate from 2019 which was 40% had increased to 60+% – please see the year 11 2021 plan. The NPQML is the document that needs to be completed (4500 words), in addition to 3 documents (2000 words ) ; budget, project plan and risk register. Therefore, the whole project should not exceed 6500 words. The sponsor comments should not be completed. I have also attached a road map which is similar to a plan and an example of a successful NPQ project.
