Analysis of quality management strategies such as graph or flowchart to demonstrate ideas in the video podcast.
Leadership criteria, strategic planning, customer focus and performance results.
Use literature review to propose quality improvements, answering why and why not based on best practice.
Conclusion and rationale.
Mechanics: This assignment is to be submitted as a video podcast. The video podcast should be anywhere from 5-8 minutes in length.
