Write a letter with section from the bi-law stating how the property manager Richard Dixon is wrongfully making his own decisions in the community of Monterey. Also strongly mentioned how Richard left his office where business should take place and felt the need to go to the Prosper’s resident which is in camera to confront the husband and verbally told the husband to ” SHUT YOUR MOUTH, YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING YOU BOY” WHICH IS DEROGATORY AGAINST A BLACK MAN. The only way the individual had to get Richard to leave was to kicked his car which Richard then called the police. Richard proceed to write and email stating the the owners are NOT allowed to go the property office in their community. the owners don’t feel safe and are extremely fear for their lives after their encounter with property manager Richard. to the president of benchmark im advise you to look into this matter because there are several incident like this with other owners in the community. I hope you will take action against Richard because he is not fit for this community as he is ver short temper, aggressive and racist.
