How do you do that? Important elements to consider: 1- whether the court has (sufficiently) answered the questions? 2- do you agree with the position of the court? 3- has the court left any unanswered questions 4- did the court fill in gaps in existing case law with this case law? 5- what are the broader implications of the judgement in Case law? What is its added value to EU law?
