Write a report that compares PRINCE2 to another project management methodology or body of knowledge of your choice (CW2 in Table 1). You are free to choose any methodology/body of knowledge, but you need to provide its key characteristics prior to the comparison. The critical analysis needs to consider the pros and cons of each methodology and your recommendations for choosing one over the other in a specific context(s). Your CW2 mark will contribute 80% of your module mark.
Your comparative analysis must contain references to literature focused on PRINCE2® and the other methodology/body of knowledge of your choice, with the emphasis on peer- reviewed articles in academic journals. Hence, you will need to demonstrate skills in searching the electronic journals, which LJMU subscribes to, and locating relevant academic papers using key word searches.
