To analyse involvements of social prescribing among people with long-term conditions. b. To assess the data and opinions of why the role was implemented in the first place. c. To assess whether the implementation has reduced the rates of GP appointments and admissions to hospital at present. d. To evaluate whether the social prescriber has had an effect on a patient’s attitudes and practice of the community services e. To critically analyse data as to whether this role is sustainable in the NHS and to present findings and recommendations. 4) Literature Review: Provide an extended critical review of the academic literature associated with the topic you have identified. 1000 words 5) Methodology: In your interviews, observations and questionnaires, justify your research methodology (research design, research methods, data collection, data analysis) which will help you achieve the research objectives set. Discuss the inductive approach, the pragmatic approach, why the random sampling was viable. In your ethics why was informed consent, respect, and confidentiality important, give theory references. 6) Findings: Present a summary of the data you collected in an appropriate format i.e. graphs, charts, tables etc. 7) Discussion: Interpret research data gathered from the various primary data collection methods you utilised. Show how your analysis of the data collected sits within the literature in order to justify the recommendations put forward.
