Provide a synthesis of the Ontario Health Team and what support has beenconducted to date by the Western Ontario Health Team (located in Southwest LHIN2 region) to better connect care, support patients and front- line heroes.2. Outline a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threat) analysis chartof the Ontario Health Teams. Use brief bullet points for each category.3. Create a synopsis of the environment as it relates to changes that have takenplace to respond to COVID 19 and the support required to address factors such as:expanding virtual care; improving clinical guidance and support for health careprovider.4.
