In Module 5
In Project Management High Level Requirements are often expanded to a greater level of detail using a tool called a a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). In a similar fashion we are going to expand the Course Learning Objectives to Module Learning Objectives
The Course Learning Objectives are:
1. Describe the purpose of project management, define its knowledge areas and compare/contrast project processes.
2. Appropriately use standard project management tools and apply them to specific problems or processes.
3. Develop a project management plan that includes objectives, budget, resources, staffing needs, performance specifications, analysis of risks and challenges, and appropriate tools and measurements.
The Module 5 we are going to start to expand “the above Bold and Italics” Course Learning Objectives and continue to expand some of them in later Modules.
