– [ ] Did they take care to provide constitutional benefits to all elements of American society? When I talk about “all elements of American society” I am talking about all the people in America at the time.
– [ ] Did they all share equally in the benefits provided by the Constitution?
– [ ] Were some people, or groups of people, favored over others?
– [ ] If some did not have equal benefits, did they ever acquire those benefits? How?
