Write a paper on how it applies to my work in my field practicum this academic year be sure to include what is listed on the directions for the 3 sections of the paper. I have uploaded a outline and a description of what I do in my field placement. I currently work with older youth in my field placement as a social worker who were discharged out of foster care but are requesting to come back into care mostly due to the lack of stable housing. I work along with an organization called Achieving Independent Center to link the youth to services that they may need like job placement, education , medical and or mental health care and many other services.
