Write a briefly note related to a fictional policymaker. Assume that you are advising someone in government about a pressing policy issue. It is your job to briefly explain the issue, what possible policy options are available to address the issues, and – based on solid evidence – what the outcomes of these different options are in an impassionate manner (we leave the passion for the politicians and their staff).
