This paper will examine the social, political, and cultural ramifications that covid has had on urban housing. In order to fully understand the effects, the paper will examine the topic through an intersectional lens that considers racial, economic, and gendered implications. To ground the argument, please pay close attention to property, housing, urban land, and patterns of urbanization in producing and reinforcing financialized regimes of difference and inequality. I have a number of resources/readings that were assigned around this topic and am happy to share them with the writer.
