However, based on the current travel environment i would like to focus on adding Theme Parks to it’s offering – Dubai Parks & Resorts ( dubai based) & Disneyland (outbound- Paris, U.S, Hong Kong & Tokyo) as an exclusive offer as the summer is around the corner and with the pent up travel demand this could be a hit with families across the world. The families seek experience based holidays. We need to leverage off the fact the Emirates Holidays & dnata Travel which are part of the Emirates Group can aide the company in getting exclusive offers with these Theme Parks. The outline of the assignment : 1. Introduction (5%) An introduction outlining the subject, scope and structure of the report; identifying the product/service or market offering proposed. 2. The new product/service or market (30%) Depth of analysis and evaluation of relevant factors establishing the basis for the offering, such as the external and internal marketing environments, the competitive environment, the unmet or under-met need, the target segment, the value offered to users/customers; the degree to which theory is used to inform the proposed development. 3. Detailed evaluation of relationships and processes (30%) Degree of detail in outlining the relationships and processes required to successfully bring to market the proposed product/service; evaluation of the importance of the relationships and process using appropriate academic and professional literature. 4. Marketing metrics (15%) Appropriateness of the set of measurement tools outlined to ascertain the success of the new offering and the degree to which they are justified. 5. Conclusions and recommendations (10%) Conclusions based on analysis and synthesis of the findings; identification of any assumptions or limitations to the recommendation; a clear recommendation.
