After completion of the weeks reading and supplemental videos, write a 6 paragraph essay on how this weeks article Stress and the Police Officer identified several factors of stressors related to the field, including burnout, as well as others health concerns of how stress affects staff in the field. In writing, what you learned regarding various stress factors, the resulting stress and play on the body, what negative factors can result from stress, and how to best combat stress. You should include information from the others activities of the week to assist you in providing further stress-related information.
