Directions on how to do this assignment.
Like the previous parts, you will see the direct care project table here. Now you are on the last part. Here we’ll see the directions for the assignment. Like part one, this assignment is completed on the template provided. Note there’s not a specific template this time. I would like to point out an important piece to this assignment.

You must submit the attendance form with premier presentation. This assignment will not be graded until the attendance form is submitted, it will be marked complete or incomplete in the grades. I will talk a little bit more about this at the end of the tutorial. Now, you will see the template on your screen.

You can see, first, there are some basic information about your presentation. You will include result tables from the pre and post survey, and interpret these results. Do they feel they could implement the intervention less or more, pre, post presentation? These boxes you can play with, use an X or a number if you had more than one attendee.

For example, if I had three attendees, it may look like this. You can see each box adds up to three, pre and post. You will want to look for differences and changes in the survey we rolled. In my example, the POST-Survey demonstrated some changes from neither agree or disagree to strongly agree.

For example, did your audience increase your knowledge or competence? You want to discuss these areas of change, positive or negative. After your interpretation will come a reflection. [BLANK_AUDIO] How was your experience? What did you learn? Where their outcomes surprising? Summarize any outcomes. You want to address barriers in a project.

For example, participant interest, time, limited resources, willingness to change, etc. Were there any issues? Did you identify any barriers? You also could include any gaps in the project. For example, what else may have been helpful? More data, better resources, etc. [BLANK_AUDIO] And the final section is about implications for future practice.

How could this project impact your personal and professional practice? Will you utilize something like expert in your practice? Will you advocate for change for best practices? Will you encourage other organizations to utilize the Air Quality Flag Program? Will you share this presentation with more people? There can be many implications.

As I mentioned earlier, you will need to also submit the attendance form. You will see here, this is where you submit it. This way we might complete or incomplete. Your instructor will not grade part four until the attendance form is submitted. And finally, like all other assignments, I encourage you to compare your template to the rubric, to ensure you are meeting all the criteria.
