This discussion does not requre cross posting. It requires to interview any person who is working on a project – in any part of the world. It could be your boss at work or even a family member who is running a business. You must write the name and title of the person. It could be a co-worker at your previous job.
Ask them one simple question:
What is the most important skill needed to succeed in your task?. Read the attributes from the PMP Exam Content Outline by PMI (called PMP ECO) high-lighted visually at http://pmillustrated.com
For example your interviewer might pick 1.1 Manage Conflict OR they might pick 3.1 Plan and Manage Project Compliance. Give them sample skills listed under each of them
For example for 1.1 – an answer they might want to consider is Interpret the source and stage of conflict, Analyze the context for the conflict, Evaluate and recommend approprite solution. From their experience they will say additional things they do to resolve conflicts.
You can also ask them to talk about any topic such as MANAGE PROJECT ISSUES. Always give them three bullets to reflect upon for ideas. Your solution should be maximum two paragraphs.
