You need to write
a) A Cited Topic – one sentence
b) A Cited Problem – one sentence
c) A Cited Reason – one sentence – this is your theory/model – and this include your variables
d) Those variables are your research questions
This “model” you are using will already have had surveys and/or qualitative framework questions – that is the data you collect, nothing more.
Think of adoption and TAM
Variables are 1) Perceived of Use and 2) Usefulness
So your RQs are
RQ 1- to what extent does………. Perceived of Use etc
RQ2 – to what extent does…… Usefulness etc
You send out the TAM survey – it asks questions on these 2 variables – and you answer your RQs
Now, just replace TAM with TPB and you have your outline.

How would customers know what risks?
Who is best to know about collateral damages. Now, a person who goes to Amazon to buy something – would they be able to answer all these questions?Justyfy it.
