Accordingly, in your answers, you should not quote doctrine or course material unless, of course, they are reasonably able to commit such a quote to memory. However you are required to reference doctrine. You are free to access doctrinal publications and other online resources. Please use proper doctrinal terminology when asking the questions. There is no right or wrong answer to these questions. The comments of other panel members are complete fiction and, in many cases do not reflect a proper reading of their current service doctrine.
