Instructions for Take Home Graded Exercises
You have been provided with eight take home exercises.
Students in the JD program must complete all eight take home exercises. Students in the LLM program do not have to complete all eight take home exercises to pass the course but are encouraged to complete all eight.
Explain how you reached your conclusion in concise and easy to understand responses. You will not receive credit for simply copying class notes or reciting rules.
You may not communicate with any person except the professor about the exercises. You may not work in pairs or groups on the exercises.
