Critical Review of Online Discussion (700 words excluding references + (300 words for two postings) (( i will upload them to you)) You must use the suggested headings below to structure of the Critical Review of Online Discussion Introduction>>> In your introductory paragraph, you should include a few sentences that briefly explain your initial position on the discussion topic and the purpose of the online discussion and highlight the main finding or key argument of the online discussion and provide a brief statement of your evaluation/judgement of the online discussion. The length of an introduction should be approximately -80 -words (usually one or two paragraphs). summary >>>>>> Summarize the arguments or perspectives you have identified throughout the group online discussion( the 300 words i will upload ). The length of the summary should be approximately –160 –words (no more than a third of the critical review). Critique The critical analysis of the postings made during the group discussion should form the majority of your critiques. It should be a balanced discussion and evaluation (. your comments on the key ideas/arguments presented in the online discussion postings, which a positive response, and your evaluation of the strengths and weakness of a post or notable features of the online discussion postings). To be critical requires you to question the information and opinions in a post and present your judgement or evaluation of the post. Good reviews require you to use evidences to support your evaluation (remember to reference). To do it well, you should review all of the online discussion posts in detail and read relevant materials posted on vUWS and readings in the textbook, especially drawing on the material presented in (Module1). You must apply the notions of the sociological imagination and ethical reasoning in your analysis and discussion so that you can present a fair, analytical and informed judgement of the online discussion postings. The Critique should make up more than 50 per cent of the critical review (approximately 400 words). Conclusion In your concluding paragraph, clearly restate your thesis or overall evaluation/judgement of the analysed online discussion postings.
