The Presentation is about Product and Service innovation, so we chose the Privilege Club in Qatar Airways Company as the main idea of the presentation.
The attached file is the theme of our presentation to follow, as you will make 10 slides (each question should have 2 slides).
It is better to explain the answers of the questions in Graphs instead of only putting sentences as it should look nice and clear.
The presentation should be about 10 minutes, so you will write the scriipt of each slide in the notes area below each slide as I will record my voice on it, and put the reference in Harvard style below the scriipt of each slide (better to put at least 2 references per a slide) and make a references slide at the end of the presentation as well.
Also in the bottom right corner of each of the 10 slides you will put a footnote of the reference used.
You can use also the references mentioned in the chapter 3 of the book that I have attached if you want.

The Context

Innovation processes are also increasingly complex. With inputs from different levels and department within an organization and increasingly from a wide variety of external sources, increasingly, operations managers are expected to take a greater and more active part in service and product innovation.

The Task

Your group is asked to complete a case study of an organization in Qatar. Using a PowerPoint presentation with voice over to establish how ‘innovative the organization is’ or indeed whether it is not ready to innovate.

In your presentation with voice-over – and drawing on guidance from Chapter 3 ‘Product and Service Innovation’ of the core textbook you are expected to detail:

• The strategic role of product and service innovation – if it exists – in the chosen organisation.
• Where they exist, are the product and service innovation process objectives specified?
• Is the product and service innovation process defined?
• Are the resources for developing product and service innovations adequate?
• Is the development of products and services and of the process that created them simultaneous?
