At the moment I had to really struggle with each sentence as they seemed to be complicated without really going anywhere. And even when I read each sentence several times I still felt I was guessing at what you were saying. Simplicity is a real strength. The second issue is that you need to define your terms. You use a lot of concepts but do not clearly define them. The third issue is that I wanted you to explore just one or two leadership ideas in some detail and really examine how they might guide you on thinking about your role as a leader. I wanted you to look in detail at some of the papers we looked at in class and really explore how they can help you to analyse leadership.
