– This is an evidence based clinical paper, I present an encounter with a patient, I have used certain clinical tools/recommendations and I need to find the best quality of available research to back up my interventions.
– I need help with: Finding PRIMARY sources with the best available information for each intervention. I have clearly labeled EVIDENCE after every paragraph indicating the topic I need to back up.
– Write small paragraphs indicating: type of research (guidelines, systematic reviews, RTC, etc), and relevant findings.
– We are asked to refer to the CEBM levels of evidence and aim for the highest levels of resources available. Secondary research are not allowed.
– I continue working on this paper myself and I appreciate frequent updates to avoid repeating work.
