Read Strategy Reading-Competitive Advantage
This generally requires two readings of the case. The first reading can be cursory and quick, after which you should consider what the main issues are and look at the questions. The second reading should be done carefully with these issues and questions in mind. The written submittal should be in a form of a Business Executive Summary.
Your Activity analysis of the HBR Case study review will be the following:
How would you increase competitive advantage based on the answers to the questions below and your reading of the Core HBR package?
1. What type of competitive advantage, if any, does a firm have?
2. What are the Cost drivers of the firm and its competitors and is there a value chain?
3. Characterize the buyer or customer using a value proposition figure?
