· The Office season 1
You will watch the season from the perspective of an outside observer who has been brought in to do an analysis of the organizational/workplace communication (i.e. employee dissent, morale, internal communication, collaboration, leadership, etc…etc…) You will provide a deliverable/report of the quality expected from a consultant to a client. You will be expected to integrate well-cited and clearly explicated organizational theories into your analysis as well as clear examples of success/failures from your observations in order to justify your recommendations for improvement or affirmation of areas of competence.
