Write a research paper in which you reflect on the co-shaping of ict and society. This paper should address four of the five ict (r)evolutions we discussed in the course. This means that you have to discuss the case of the digital (r)evolution and three others of your choice.
The task is as follows:
for each case, present and evaluate the arguments for it being considered a revolution or an evolution, so as to decide which it was.
use this evaluation of arguments to answer the following research question:
In comparison to past (r)evolutions in information and communication technology, to what extent should the development of digital ict be seen as a revolution?
