the Psychological Skills Profile (PSP) provides insight into how your motivational factors and behavioral tendencies relate to 4 skill areas that support career success and professional growth across a wide range of performance domains. The traits that are assessed and the normative data against which results are compared reflect the applied skills often supportive of engagement and success in such career vectors as leader, specialized professional, entrepreneur; as well as in diverse performance areas such as corporate sales and elite/professional sports. The Coaching Report provides detail on your PSP results. The scores found on this report are best interpreted as being reflective of your level of intrinsic motivation you currently have with respect to that performance area. What are some developmental opportunities (defined in your PSP results) that, if effectively addressed, would significantly improve your probability of attaining your career goals? Supporting performance in your ideal role?
