The paper should consist of four sections:

did you agree with the decision? why or why not?
What is the biggest issue related to antitrust and the media today? why?
2. Section Two: Tax Law

What are two important cases discussed in the homework and class? For each case outline:
who was involved?
what was the case about?
what did the judge decide?
did you agree with the decision? why or why not?
What is the biggest issue related to tax law and the media today? why?
3. Section Three: Talent Contracts
What are talent contracts as they relate to media?
What are two important cases discussed in the homework and class? For each case outline:

4. Section Four: Union and Guild Contracts

Papers should be between 6-9 pages properly formatted in MLA format (12 pt Times New Roman font, 1 inch margins, double spaced, etc.)
