Your Task
In Week 3 you identified three potential courses of action to solve the ethical dilemma. This week, you should analyze each of the three possible courses of action using a SWOT analysis technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) or PMI analysis technique (Plus-Minus Implications). Make sure to include considerations for qualitative/subjective and quantitative/objective factors. Based on the SWOT or PMI analysis, rank order your 3 possible courses of action.
Submit a one- to two-page document (in APA format) summarizing your three potential solutions and how you formulated them. Include your stakeholder analysis from Week 3 as well as your SWOT and/or PMI analysis from Week 4.
