This report uses C.Elegans as the subject, and we have to cross them to determine if the dpy 3 gene, him-8 mutant in C.Elegans is autosomal or sex-linked inheritance.
I have included the instructions as well as the rubric. Please note that for the two crosses we performed in the experiment, only use the page handwritten that has the title “Lab #6: HW #2” in the right upper corner. All other crosses are not used, just to reference for other information. (I also attached the sample report too)
