You should also split the speech into four different sections so I know which is for which slide.
It goes:
Artifact Documentation Plan (Unsure what you could do for this one)
Catalouging (Go into specifics about the catalouging choices and give explanations behind the decision of this)
Database (Go into specifics about the Database choices and then give explanation for why you picked it)
Condition Reporting (essentially the same as the others)
