A. Adult resources – resources that increase the teacher’s knowledge of a
subject area. List “Adult Resources” at top of page.
Locate 3 – 5 resources that teachers can use to learn more about your topic.
One resource must be from an internet search of appropriate websites. You can
include local resources such as museums as well as books, magazines, videos, etc.
Review the resource information and write a 1 paragraph annotated bibliography
in APA format, explaining what information is available from the resource.
Activity books are not appropriate adult resources. These resources are to broaden
your knowledge of the unit topic. For instance, where would you go to find out
more about a topic if you are unfamiliar? As an ADULT, where could you find
more information about your theme? These resources should NOT have anything
to do with lesson planning or activities to do; they are simply websites, books,
articles, etc., where you find out more information about the topic. Include
pictures for each resource. [5 points]
