Project For the course Project assignment, you need to select a transformational leader in a fortune 500 company or another area of professional interest. You will create a profile of him/her as a model of a transformational leader capable of effectively implementing organizational change
Your focus throughout must be on the leader’s leadership traits and how this supports his/her transformational leadership abilities. Other areas of focus should be on his/her ability to build trust, motivate and support those employees falling under his/her stewardship. Your analysis must be backed up by current and relevant literature (minimum of 5 references from class readings and 5 references from additional literature).

Your submission needs to be organized. Therefore, you should make proper use of headings and subheadings to structure your paper properly. You will synthesize all of the information you have gathered over the term and present a coherent, comprehensive, logically structured overview of this person as a model for transformational leadership. You should provide a well-integrated report containing, organized logically for your subject.
The following are some of the questions you might want to answer in your report. Please DO NOT limit yourself to only those, though.
1. What does he or she do? What is his/her educational and professional experience and what is his/her current title and position? (This section should be concise. No more than one paragraph.).
2. What is the major change or transformation for which this individual is known?
3. What kind of ethos does he/she project?
4. What do others say about his/ her leadership and his/her communication abilities?
5. What do others say about his/her ability to motivate and engage employees?
6. What are some examples of his/her leadership strengths?
7. What role did or does communication play in his/her transformational leadership accomplishments?
8. What about his/her interpersonal interactions (emotional intelligence)?
9. What factors contribute to his or her ability to lead organizational change effectively?
10. What have you learned about leadership communication by profiling this person? What can we all learn? What makes him/her a good example of a transformational leader.
11. How would you define a business transformation leadership from your perspective, thinking about your profiled leader as a model? Include your own opinion.

Write a minimum of 10 full page final draft of your research. Your final paper should contain each of the sections from the Table of Contents. It should also have a reference page with at least 10 academic resources. The cover page and reference page are not included in the 10 page count.
