Describe the occurrence; that is, the case (what happened): how the defendant is convicted or going through the legal process. Observe and describe the forensic psychological application. For example, does the defendant needs to or in the process of compentacy to stand trial, not guilty for reason of insanity, battling custody of their children, dealing with particular treatment issues, such as mental health or substance use or any other evaluation process.
