Facts. Provide a background of the case.
Issue. What was the issue that lead this case to the Supreme court. If applicable an amendment may be brought up in a form of a question and answered with a simply “yes” or “no”
Court Decision/Rationale. This is the supreme court’s decision and what was their rationale behind their decision.
Dissenting/Concurring Opinions. This the Supreme Court’s judges opinions or statements.
Comments/ Case significance. This section is any comments from the Supreme Court or previous significant case to help the Court come to their decision.
Standard/Test Developed. This section is any tests developed by the Supreme Court to prevent this from occurring again.
