The story is about joseph lemasolia lekuton, who grow up in the village with his mom and a few friends he has never left the village. He wanted to be a warrior. So bad that one night he chased a lion, so he can get respect from his friends. But it didn´t go right the lion ended up eating his mom′s Favorite cow. Even more for you to be taken as a man, he can get circumcised at an older age. I could imagine what he had to go through. After he got that he was basically a big man, So he was allowed to do most stuff now. Out of friends and siblings, he was the only one that his parents sent to school. So when so missionaries came from the U.S, he was the one that wanted to take to the city to go study. After a few talks with his parents, he was taken to the city to go study. So he was taken to the city of Nairobi, to a boarding school. Where he would live with his newfound friends. He has never left his village so every thing was strange to him, he was struggling to fit in at first. After a few weeks, he was getting used to people and he found out soccer. Which he said has changed his life, He was very good to the point the president had to put a task on his shoulder, that had to beat the best school in the city so he would go on to win the game one his performance he had three goals. That game will make him get the president respect after the game the president sent for him to come to his office where he would ask for him to go see his mom, who was badly sick from an ax head that fell down on her head by accident. On his trip to the village, he would tell his mom his going to America. He was really excited about his trip when he get back to the city he would leave for America. On the plane, he would sit next to an American he was trying to not embarrass so he would do what the man does. When he get off the plane he would get picked up few girls that are his new classmate, he didn´t eat for four days he was hungry but he didn´t know how to say it. And he didn′t want to collect food from girls at was against his culture.
