Use the ‘Median Home Prices in the US’ data set to analyze and provide insight into the housing markets by regions (North East, South East, Central, West).
In this assignment you will be performing data prep and data analysis using pivot tables, charts/visualizations, and a dashboard. hint: for data prep, are there any new fields you may need to add to help with your analysis?
You will also briefly describe your analysis results for each region based on the trends observed over the years in the analysis.
This exercise is intended to help you demonstrate your understanding of transforming raw data into business insights – in this case info about median prices in each region, trends over time in each region, and observation of differences among regions.
