Part A. INITIAL POST- 35 points- In 250-305 words, write an initial post, answering the following questions:

4. (4 Points) Explain what is past consideration and provide an example of past consideration.
5. (9 Points) Discuss three things that you learned from watching the video of “Were you asked to sign a Noncompete” contained in the Supplemental Folder for Module 6.
6. (4 Points) Explain the court’s holding or decision in the case of Update, Inc. v. Samilow contained in the Supplemental Folder for Module 6.
7. (4 Points) Discuss whether you agree with the court’s decision in Update, Inc. v. Samilow. Be sure to explain the basis for your conclusion.
B. RESPONSE POSTS- (5 Points) (For full credit response post, must be on separate days from initial posts) In 100-150 words, write a response post to one of your classmates’ initial posts.
