Assignment Description and This is an individual assignment, and it is worth 30% of the final course mark. For this assignment, students are required to select and study a real project (a case) that they have worked on or know about and develop an analytical report of the project after careful examination of the project’s management processes, project documents, and other project artifacts. Students will be able to relate theory to practice and develop analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on principles of project management.
Given the nature of this assignment, students can begin work on this assignment at the start of the course/semester and progressively elaborate their papers throughout the semester. However, the final paper is due towards the end of the course/semester on Friday, April 08, 2022.
Questions- Answer all questions
Select a project that you have worked on, whether as a project manager or project team member. If you have not worked on a project before or are unable to select a suitable project based on your work experiences, you should select a project that you know about and have sufficient access to the project’s information.
If you decide to select a project outside of your work experiences, there are projects in your local community, your country, the region, or internationally that you may be able to select as a case for this assignment. However, you should be deliberate when selecting or choosing a project. You should avoid selecting a project for which genuine information is difficult to obtain or a project for which information is not freely and/or publicly available.

Now that you have selected a project case, develop an analytical report of the project with a specific focus on the components and questions/statements listed below.

(2) Identify the sponsor(s) of the project.
(3) Describe the original project constraints (i.e., Schedule, Cost/Budget, Scope, Quality).
(4) State the problem(s) that the project was intended to solve.
(5) Outline the business, social or economic value created by the project.
(6) Critically comment on the success of the project (successful or not).
(7) Using the knowledge acquired in this course analyze and critique any
weaknesses/inadequacies or areas of improvement in the management processes of the
project.
(8) Point out any strengths/successes in the management processes of the project.
(9) Summarize any key takeaways and lessons learned from the examination of this project.
This assignment consist of 9 pages excluding the reference page. Each questions should be answered on one Page.
