The class paper will require to you to write a 6-page document regarding a law enforcement agency of your choice. This agency can be from the US or be international, but must exist at the present time (no historical law enforcement agencies). While you are welcome to choose any contemporary law enforcement agency, I strongly suggest picking an agency that you would consider working for, or one that is responsible for an issue that you are passionate about. Your paper should explicitly address the four following areas:

2. Describe the mandate, mission, or major goals of the law enforcement agency that you have selected
3. Identify and describe a problem or a challenge that this law enforcement agency is currently encountering.
4. Using evidence and the materials, suggest a policy or other strategy that could be used to address the problem that you identified in section 3. Based on the evidence that you have found, conclude whether this strategy would be likely to successfully address the issue you have chosen
Paper should be written using double-spaced size 12 times new roman font, and be on paper with 1-inch margins. It is at your discretion as to how much space you spend on each of the four areas of this paper, however the information and space needed to adequately address the final two areas should be greatest.
