Context: Linguistic insecurity refers to the idea that people are not comfortable using their mother tongue. Many hesitate to express themselves in their language for fear of being judged on their accent or the words they use. Taking a language course is already enhancing linguistic security!
Do you have a sense of belonging to the Francophone community? • How do you experience or consume Francophone culture? • Do you feel encouraged to live your Francophonie through community activities? • Do you notice that the way you speak changes from school to work, at home and with your friends?

Just to let you know that I am currently attending a French University. So you could honestly just write the essay in english and then I could translate it into French. By the way I know that it based on my francophonie opinion and experience but you could always write as if it was your own experience and as if you were anglophone and as if we wanted to know know your anglophone culture.
